Subscription billing
GoMythify sells recurring weekly and monthly subscriptions through Stripe. The checkout page shows the selected plan before payment.
Refund requests
Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may consider refunds for accidental duplicate charges, technical failures that prevented use, or billing mistakes.
Non-refundable cases
We normally do not refund used credits, completed generations, accounts suspended for abuse, or subscriptions kept active after the user had access to the service.
Cancellations
You can cancel future renewal through the account billing flow or support. Canceling stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method when possible. Bank processing time depends on the payment provider and country.
