How we use information

We use information to operate GoMythify, generate images, manage accounts, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, enforce content rules, provide support, improve reliability, measure performance, and comply with legal obligations.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We store Stripe customer, subscription, checkout, and invoice identifiers. We do not store full card numbers.

AI processing

Uploaded images and prompts may be sent to our AI image provider to generate results and apply safety checks. Do not upload images unless you have the right to use them.

Retention

We keep account, billing, security, audit, and support records as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and business operations.

Your choices

You can request account help, deletion, or access by contacting support. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, tax, dispute, or audit reasons.
